Currency and order totals
All product prices and checkout totals are shown in US dollars (USD). The checkout lists the merchandise subtotal and applicable delivery charge. A bank or provider may charge currency conversion or overseas transaction fees. These are set by your provider, not by Runway.
Your order and payment status
The current checkout allows you to submit an order using the PayPal-labelled option and saves the order as Pending payment. Submitting this order does not debit your PayPal account or bank card. A pending order is not proof of payment and will not be dispatched. We do not currently collect a live payment at checkout.
Completing payment
Please do not transfer funds to an account supplied by an unsolicited message. We will provide secure payment instructions when payment collection is available. Never email your password, full card number, card security code or PayPal login. Your order remains subject to acceptance and payment confirmation.
Order records
Your account shows the order number, items, currency, total and payment status. Keep these details for reference. A change to Processing or Completed must follow confirmed payment and the relevant fulfilment activity; receiving an order confirmation by itself does not mean payment succeeded.
Refunds and questions
Refunds apply only to payments actually received and are returned to the original payment method under our Returns & refunds policy. For an unfamiliar charge, payment question or order discrepancy, contact Runway1030@outlook.com. We cannot view or recover payment-provider login details.
