2. Scope and eligibility
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your location, or have the consent and supervision required by law. If you use the store for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration, contact and delivery information and keep it up to date. An account is required to complete checkout. Keep your password private and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns or legal obligations.
4. Product descriptions
Product pages identify the clothing included in each look, available sizes, displayed colour, fit and materials. Styling shoes and accessories are not included unless stated. Photographs and colour displays are illustrative and may vary from a physical item because of screens, lighting or production. We do not promise an exact fit from photographs; consult the size guide and contact us before ordering if unsure.
5. Content and intellectual property
Our site design, original text and images are provided for browsing and personal shopping. Except where law permits, do not reproduce, sell or use them commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Product designs are presented without third-party brand affiliation. No third-party endorsement, licence or authorisation is implied.
6. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are in USD. Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before order submission. Import duties, taxes and carrier handling charges may be collected separately at destination unless expressly included. We may change prices before an order is accepted. If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and return any payment received.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
Submitting an order is your offer to purchase the listed items. An acknowledgement or a saved pending order records that submission and is not an acceptance or a receipt of funds. Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance and dispatch after successful payment. We may decline an order for unavailability, an unsupported address, an unresolved error, suspected fraud or a legal restriction, and will return any payment received for declined items.
8. Payment and payment issues
Checkout currently saves orders as Pending payment and does not collect a live payment. A PayPal label does not mean your account has been charged. We will not dispatch an unpaid order. Use only secure payment instructions we provide when payment collection is available. If an authorised payment is later reversed or disputed, we may pause unfulfilled items while we investigate, subject to applicable law.
9. Shipping and fulfilment
We deliver to the locations shown at checkout, under our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates begin after processing and dispatch and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. Check your delivery details carefully and contact us about errors promptly. We remain responsible for the remedies required by applicable law for loss, damage or non-delivery; a carrier scan alone does not remove those rights.
10. Cancellations and changes
Request cancellation or a change before dispatch by contacting customer care with your order number. Eligible pending orders can also be cancelled in your account. We will confirm whether the request can be completed. An order already dispatched normally follows the return process. Our Cancellation policy gives more detail and does not limit a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to you.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
Request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery and follow the condition and authorisation requirements in our Returns & refunds policy. Rights concerning faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not limited by that voluntary window. Refunds apply to funds actually received and normally return to the original payment method. Pending unpaid orders are cancelled without a monetary refund.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement, harassment, unauthorised access, malware, interference with other shoppers or attempts to defeat security controls. Do not submit another person’s details without authority. We may take proportionate steps to protect the store, investigate misuse, preserve evidence and comply with lawful requests.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
We process personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy. Necessary cookies support login, security, the cart and checkout. Contact details may be used for account support and order administration. We do not treat acceptance of these Terms as consent to optional marketing. Any future optional marketing requires a separate choice and a way to withdraw it.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. Contact us if you find an error. Except for rights or promises that law requires and express commitments we make, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. Nothing here excludes a legal guarantee or remedy that cannot be excluded.
15. Liability and events beyond control
Each party remains responsible for the loss and remedies that applicable law assigns to it. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are caused solely by misuse unrelated to our breach. If an event beyond reasonable control affects fulfilment, we will explain the delay and available cancellation or refund options.
16. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer laws and rights to bring claims in your place of residence that apply. Please contact customer care first so we can try to resolve a concern. This clause does not require you to waive a right to use a regulator, statutory complaint process or court available under applicable law.
17. Updates, severability and contact
We may update these Terms for future use of the store by publishing a revised date on this page. The version applicable when an order is accepted governs that order unless law requires otherwise or you agree to a change.
