2. Information you provide
We receive information you enter when registering, placing an order, updating account details, checking an order or contacting support. This can include your name, email, password in hashed form, billing and delivery address, phone number, purchased items, order notes and correspondence. Do not include sensitive personal information or payment passwords in an order note or message.
3. Technical information
The website and its hosting environment may record IP addresses, request times, browser information, requested pages and security events. Necessary browser storage identifies a cart or signed-in session. These records help operate the store, diagnose errors and protect accounts. We do not currently enable advertising tracking or a third-party behavioural analytics service.
4. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, maintain your shopping cart, process and administer orders, arrange delivery after payment, handle cancellations and returns, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. We use information only for purposes relevant to operating the store or another purpose explained to you when necessary.
5. Required and optional fields
Fields marked as required are needed for the account or order operation requested. Without them we may be unable to register an account, validate an address or fulfil an order. Order notes and additional support details are optional. Provide only information relevant to your request. We do not sell personal data or require marketing consent to buy clothing.
6. Accounts and passwords
Passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing, not as readable account passwords. Keep your own credentials private. Account pages allow you to review and update available profile and address details. Contact customer care if you need help correcting information that you cannot edit yourself or if you suspect account misuse.
7. Payment information
The current checkout saves Pending payment orders without collecting a live payment. We do not collect full card numbers or PayPal credentials in our forms. If a live provider is enabled later, payment details will be handled through the provider’s secure process, and we may receive a transaction reference, payment result and limited information necessary to reconcile the order. The provider’s own privacy policy will also apply.
8. Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support WordPress login and security and WooCommerce cart, customer session and checkout functions. Some are session cookies and others persist for the period needed by the relevant feature. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but login, a saved cart or checkout may stop working. No optional marketing-cookie consent is bundled into checkout.
9. Fonts and external resources
The site serves its font and image files from its own hosting. It does not request a remote font service when you browse the store. We do not embed social media feeds, advertising pixels or video trackers. External links, such as carrier tracking, contact the external website only when you follow them.
10. Who may receive information
Authorised staff and service providers may access information where needed for hosting, technical maintenance, secure payment processing when enabled, carrier delivery, customer support or professional recordkeeping. Carrier information is limited to what is needed for a shipment. We may disclose information where law requires or where reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights. We do not provide customer lists to unrelated advertisers.
11. International handling
We operate from Hong Kong and use internet and service-provider infrastructure that may process data in other locations. A delivery also shares relevant details with providers in the destination country. We seek appropriate practical and contractual safeguards when choosing providers and limit information shared to the task required. Contact us with questions about cross-border handling.
12. Retention
We keep account information while the account is active and as needed to resolve support issues. Order and transaction records may be retained to meet applicable tax, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention requirements. We review support and technical records according to their purpose and remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove records we must lawfully retain.
13. Security
We use HTTPS for the store, access-controlled administration and separate database credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We limit staff access according to need and review security concerns when reported. Avoid sending full payment details or identity documents by ordinary email unless we have explained why a secure process is necessary.
14. Access, correction and other requests

We may need proportionate information to verify identity before acting. We will explain if a legal obligation or an unresolved transaction prevents immediate deletion of particular records. This store is intended for people legally able to shop and maintain an account. We do not knowingly collect information from children for marketing.
